We manufacture our extracts in the time honoured method of  Cold Percolation, using the controlled passage of the menstruum under the influence of gravity, through the porous herbs. Spasmodic pauses in the process allows intermediate stages of maceration to take place. This increases the uptake of the active constituents into the final extract.
